How Claims Are Handled

From the minute you report your loss through to its conclusion, our highly trained claims staff is ready to provide you with prompt service when you need it most. Policyholders who want to report a claim online can do so by logging into their personal account. There you will find the proper claims form to print, complete and send to our Claims Center for processing.

Once your claim report is received, you will be advised within 7-10 business days of the status of your claim. This notice will be received via U.S. mail in an IAS envelope from the following address:

Depending on your policy, you may be able to login and download your claims form.  Some policies require special handling.  Please see your certificate for details.

Simply log in with your certificate/webID/policy number and PIN (or establish a PIN if you are a new user).
